Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS. Priority Shipping rate is 1-3 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Cold Pack Shipping is typically done during the Spring and Summer months. Shipping with a cold pack is to try to prevent your Whipped Body Butter from melting during transit. However, this is not a guarantee that the product will be in it’s normal state once delivered. If the product should melt while in transit, you can put it in the refrigerator and it will become a solid butter again.

Return & Exchange Policy
All products are made to order and due to the personal nature in which the products are used we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. We do wish to make every customer happy so please email us with any questions or concerns.
